Executive Management
A member of PRRI’s management team serves as Executive
Director for each client organization, assuming primary responsibility
for the administration of business activities and the overall
management of the organization. The Executive Director provides
counsel to the leadership on overall business strategy, financial
oversight, budget considerations and long-term financial recommendations,
as well as serving as an historical resource for the organization.
Administration
The Administration staff supports the association's leadership,
committees and the Executive Director. The details of daily
business are managed by the professionals in Administration
including association correspondence, meeting agendas, minutes,
and committee support.
Membership
PRRI offers a complete “membership module” that
includes online membership and dues processing, fully integrated
with our client database. PRRI works with each client to develop
an individual membership strategy that tailors our recruitment
and retention services with the client’s membership
goals.
Meeting Management
PRRI’s meeting management module covers every aspect
of meeting planning including development and implementation
of educational objectives, program development, abstract management,
meeting promotion, coordination of industrial participation,
and exhibit sales. Meetings services also include the design
and implementation of registration systems, hotel negotiation
and site selection, and on-site staffing.
Exhibit and Trade Show Management
PRRI handles exhibition and trade show requirements at any
level. We negotiate space and lay out a profitable floor plan.
We sell the exhibit space, promotional and educational sponsorships,
and execute onsite management.
Financial Management
PRRI assists its clients in maximizing their return on all
invested assets. Currently, PRRI oversees the management of
over $25 million in client organization assets either internally
or under contracted professional financial counsel. PRRI maintains
fiscal responsibility for the annual operating budgets for
twenty-two organizations and five foundations with budgets
ranging from several hundred thousand dollars to five million
dollars.
Technology Solutions
PRRI works closely with the leadership to form a technology strategy consistent with the association's goals. We are in a unique position to offer associations exceptional and cost-effective technology solutions. Since we currently manage and develop sites and web applications for 27 associations and foundations, we are able to leverage technical-systems expertise and proven web-based applications that are fully configurable for custom deployment. This suite of applications continues to expand as we find more ways to use the web as a critical tool for conducting society business.
Marketing and Communications
PRRI will help create a strategic, integrated marketing approach
to support the client’s mission and goals and enhance
their visibility and awareness. We take a systems approach,
including membership, meetings and web promotional materials
to ensure a consistent image for each client.
PRRI manages all aspects of our client’s publications
and produces a variety of publications including newsletters,
e-newsletters, annual reports, clinical updates, guidelines,
marketing brochures, blast e-mails, and special bulletins.
Development
PRRI’s Development staff works with leadership to develop
innovative and successful fund raising initiatives. PRRI staff
has significant fundraising expertise in both in the management
of major meeting exhibit programs and in securing sponsorships
and unrestricted educational grants. Experience has shown
us that the most productive fund raising initiatives have
succeeded due to the continuum of relationships established
and maintained between prospective donors and the professional
leadership of each organization.
Strategic Initiatives
PRRI has found that association strategic planning works most
effectively as a comprehensive and integrated process incorporated
into the overall, ongoing management of the organization.
This enables the group to focus efforts on what is important,
bringing the organization to its desired future, while also
allowing the organization to be flexible and open to making
changes and capitalizing on new opportunities. PRRI combines
formal planning with on-going evaluation and provides updates
at each leadership meeting.
Modular Services
While many of our clients prefer a full service model, many
associations have taken advantage of our modular services.
These services are traditionally outsourced and include specific
project management tools such as web development, awards management,
membership recruitment, and meeting management.
